Each batch of our ESC-Sure ™ FBS is put through a series of quality assurance tests: ESCs are cultured in ESC-Sure™ FBS-containing medium for more than 5 passages and then tested for normal morphology, karyotype, pluripotency and germline transmission via tetraploid blastocyst injection.
