  • Quan-Plex™ Quantitative Multiplex Panels

    The Quan-Plex™ Product Series are quantitative multiplex reference standard panels that enables easy validation of multiple cancer gene mutations targets simultaneously. These panels are developed to contain a wide range of mutation allelic frequencies that are digital PCR verified covering two or more cancer mutations.  They complex panells are optimized for use with Next-Generation Sequencing and digital PCR platforms. 

  • Onco-Ref™ Genomic DNA (gDNA)

    The  Onco-Ref™ Genomic DNA (gDNA) Reference Standards represent biologically-relevant control material that can be used for diagnostic assay development or can be used in routine monitoring of assay performance in a CLIA laboratory environment.  The  Onco-Ref™ Genomic DNA (gDNA) Reference Standards can be directly incorporated into the sample processing workflows for assay optimization, evaluate assay sensitivity and specificity, and analyze the impact of workflow changes on downstream analysis. 

  • Onco-Ref™ Frozen Cell Pellet

    Derived from our   Onco-Ref™ engineered isogenic cell line, the Onco-Ref™  Frozen Cell Pellet is a biologically-relevant reference material that can be used to test formalin-fixation's effect on nucleic acid integrety in the presence of celluar matrix.

    The  Onco-Ref™ FFPE Cell Blocks provide a reliable and renewable source of clinically relevant specimens for assay development or for routine clinical laboratory quality control (QC) use.

  • Onco-Ref™ FFPE Cell Scrolls

    Our Onco-Ref™ FFPE Cell Scrolls are 20 µm thick sections rolled into scrolls or (rolls) and placed in a nucelic acid-free vial for quick and direct nucleic acid extraction. 

  • Onco-Ref™ FFPE Cell Slides

    The Onco-Ref™ FFPE Cell Slides.  Derived from our FFPE Cell Blocks we prepare 5 µm sections onto slides for use as quality control purposes.   

  • Cell-Ref™ FFPE Human Cancer Cell Slides

    We offers slide-mounted FFPE cancer tissue derived cell line sections slides from 34 common cancer cell lines, derived from 10 different tissues of origin.  Our FFPE cell pellets are prepared using a patent-pending process that generates highly homogenous FFPE blocks with any cell density (up to 90% area coverage). Both morphology and biological molecules, including protein and nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) targets are well preserved for IHC and ISH analysis.

  • Tissu-Ref™ FFPE Mouse Tissue Slides

    The Tissu-Ref™  FFPE Mouse Tissue Slides used a patent-pending process to prepare highly homogenous FFPE sections with consitant and equallly distributed cell density.  Both morphology and biological molecules, including protein and nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) targets are well preserved for IHC and ISH analysis.
