Product Information

Description: The bone marrow mononuclear cells are isolated from whole bone marrow of a single donor. This heterogeneous cell population allows researchers to isolate various cell types of the immune system, including CD34+ stem cells. The bone marrow mononuclear cells enable researchers to investigate the immune system and stem cell properties in regenerative medicine, and developmental studies.

Origin: Human origin, single donor

Development Period: Postnatal

Disease State: Normal

Quality Control: All cell processing is validated under strict protocols with IRB approval. All cells are guaranteed to meet or exceed customer’s expectations when handled according to instructions.

Test Conditions: Cell quality is determined visually after analyzing Gram and Acid Fast stainings. Cells are grown and passed to determine sterility and mycoplasma for all lots. In addition, viability is determined prior to and after freezing. All cells are confirmed to be highly pure by molecular, cellular, or protein assays with their specific markers.
