Humanized CCR8 mice were inoculated with MC38 colon cancer cells, and were randomly assigned into different groups when the tumors grew to a volume of 100 mm3. Human-specific, CCR8 antibody was given in divided doses every 2 to 3 days for three weeks (Data in partnership with collaborators).
