Mouse ESC/iPSC Karyotyping Service - G-banding and chromosome counting. We will analyze the karyotype of your mouse ESC line by chromosome counting of metaphase spreads and G-banding. We assess at least 40 cells for chromosome counting and at least 20 cells for G-banding.
We will also provide you with a full report containing high-resolution, publication-grade images.
