Pluripotency Biomarker Staining

When working with pluripotent stem cells such as iPSCs and ESCs whether when reprogramming or isolation or using as starting material for genome editing and/or differentiation to somatic lineages, it is very important to validate the pluripotency of the cell lines. An industry standard to tracking stemness is to determine the expression of biomarkers for pluripotency such as NANOG, SOX2, OCT4, TRA-1-60 and others.
