1. Ficoll density gradient centrifugation is used to purify human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from cord blood |
2. 1E5 human CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells derived from umbilical cord blood are injected into the mice |
2. The 5E6 Human PBMCs are injected into the M-NSG mice |
