How to Order
US Customer: place order on-line or by Fax, Email or Phone call.
International Customer: please order from our authorized distributor in your country. If there is no distributor in your country, please contact us directly.
Payment Methods and Terms
We accept Visa and MasterCard for purchases. Credit card must be authorized prior to shipment of product. Purchase order numbers are required for all billed shipments. Upon credit approval, payment terms are net 30 days. A late charge may be added to accounts over 30 days past due. All price listed are US dollars and shipped FOB Menlo Park, California. Shipping/handling charges, appropriate tax will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
Product Availability and Shipping
Most orders will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email notice with the estimated shipping date from our customer support. We ship products on Mondays to Wednesdays to U.S. customers and on Mondays to International customers. Please store products immediately under the conditions instructed on each datasheet upon receipt.
