A loxp-IRES-GFP-reverse loxp cassette and an frt-Neo-frt cassette were inserted in intron 2 of Tfpi2 gene. After crossed with Cre transgenic mice, Tfpi2 gene is supposed to be knocked out and labeled by GFP simultaneously.
