Homozygous humanized CD38 mice were inoculated with E.G7-­OVA T lymphoma cells. The results showed: Daratumumab, a drug targeting human CD38, showed a very significant anti-tumor effect, demonstrating that the humanized CD38 mouse model is a good in vivo model for validating the efficacy of antibodies targeting human CD38.( Data in partnership with collaborators )
